WEDDING INVITATIONS!!!

It is not easy to keep up with a blog especially if some people check it regularaly and are disappointed because we haven't updated it. I really try to be better with it. A little update for all you "wouldyouwalkonthemoonwithme-junkies".

After going back and forth with wedding invitations at several print shops I have almost given up my hope but then I came across a website called "Cards & Pockets" and found the right paper and envelops for the invitation. You might think WHY? we are still sending our wedding invitations when most of you guys have already booked their trips. Well, I want you all to have something to keep in your little memory box, something you can actually touch and look at. So, Jamell and I are sending those out soon, after we've decided on the font, color etc.

Men's outfits

Just wanted to let you guys know that I think I've picked out the outfits that my part of the wedding party and myself will be wearing. I just have to get their sizes so that I can go and purchase everything this weekend.

Only about 5 months away! =D

It's been a long time.

Hello everyone,

I know that Jamell and I haven't really updated out blog and a lot of things have happened in the past 3-4 months. The most important one is that Jamell and I got legally married on December 4th, 2009. We only had a small ceremony with our families but it needed to be done, because we couldn't wait to be husband and wife :-)

So, like I said it was a small ceremony and we are now getting ready for the big party in the Dominican Republic and we hope you are too.
It's going to be fantastic and I hope everyone will love it, I KNOW I WILL.

Other than getting married, Jamell and I had to deal with some paper work for the immigration. I had to change my name from Sikorski to Evans (I am Karoline Evans now hihihihi), and many other things. We also have been busy choosing invitations (yes, we will send out invitations because we want you all to have it to remember the very special day and vacation) and getting the wedding in August all settled.

Other than that, Jamell and I decided in the beginning of 2010 to run the 13.1 series half-marathon which will be on April 3rd. in Flushing NY. We have been training for it like crazy and to be honest Jamell is top fit and can do the 13.1 miles with no problems but I will struggle but do my BEST!
