Reservation form is out!

Our travel agent approved the reservation form and we will send it to all of you via email sometime this week.
If you have already decided and you will definitely come to our wedding please fill out the form and email it directly to Carol Warren our travel agent. She will be happy to assist with any additional questions. Her email address and phone no. are on the bottom of the form. Due date for the form is October 5th, 2009.
